Planning and Section 38 applications proceed through their respective statutory consultation and determination processes.
January 2027
Target period for planning and Section 38 consents, subject to the relevant authorities and statutory processes.
February 2027
Provisional demolition of the existing pavilion and site preparation.
March 2027
Target commencement of main construction, avoiding the worst of the winter period.
March–October 2027
New pavilion construction – allow approximately 30+ weeks.
Autumn 2027
Target completion and opening of the new Thursley Pavilion.
